Google and Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai said on Friday that Google is spending USD 10 billion in India’s digitisation fund and that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s goal for Digital India serves as a model for other nations after meeting with him in Washington, DC.

Pichai said, “We are excited today that we are announcing the opening up of our global fintech operation centre in GIFT city Gujarat.”
